  • Generous Weight Limit: Boxes can hold up to 48 lbs.
  • Excess Weight Charges: $1 per lb. beyond the 48-lb. limit.
  • Boxes must be within standard CNS size limits.

⚠️ Important Notices:

🚨 This is a recurring charge. Your selected plan will renew automatically based on your billing cycle.
🚨 All transactions are final. The CNS Ground Shipping Pass is non-refundable and non-transferable.
🚨 No Carryovers. Unused boxes do not roll over to the next month.
🚨 Domestic Shipping Only. Pass applies to domestic ground shipments only (excludes certain U.S. territories).
🚨 Lost Packages. While CNS ensures prompt processing, any lost package claims must be handled directly with the courier.
