Private Labeling

What does CNS private labeling include?
Standard private labeling generally includes removing the applicable original garment label and installing your branded label. Additional services must be requested separately.
What is the minimum?
The billable minimum is 6 pieces per style, per color.
What if I have fewer than 6 pieces?
CNS can process smaller quantities, but the applicable 6-piece minimum is billed.
How long does private labeling normally take?
Typical private labeling processing is approximately 2–3 business days after merchandise is received and ready for processing. Processing may vary based on volume and operational conditions.

Labels & Tags

Do I have to purchase labels from CNS?
No. Customers may provide their own labels.
What types of labels can CNS produce?
CNS offers custom printed and woven garment labels, along with available specialty options.
How long does label production take?
Typical production is approximately 15–20 business days after digital sample approval.
Is private labeling included in label production?
No. Label production and private labeling are separate services.

Vendors & Merchandise

Can my Los Angeles vendors deliver directly to CNS?
Yes. Participating vendors may deliver merchandise directly to CNS according to current receiving procedures.
Does CNS verify merchandise?
CNS verifies incoming merchandise against applicable order information, including style, color and quantity information.
What if a vendor sends incorrect merchandise?
Affected merchandise may be placed on hold while the discrepancy is reviewed.

Consolidation

What is the consolidation fee?
Consolidation covers operational handling associated with combining completed merchandise into outbound boxes. Shipping is separate.
Will all vendors always ship together?
No. Consolidation depends on when merchandise arrives and completes processing.

Memberships

Do I need membership?
No. Private labeling is available without membership.
What is the non-member rate?
Current non-member private labeling is $2.99 per piece.
What memberships are available?
CNS offers Enterprise, Express and Gold annual memberships.

Fulfillment / 3PL

Does CNS offer fulfillment?
Yes. Fulfillment services can include receiving, storage, pick and pack, shipping coordination and returns support.
Can private labeled merchandise remain at CNS?
Customers enrolled in the appropriate fulfillment service may transition completed inventory into CNS storage and fulfillment.

Shipping

Is shipping included in consolidation?
No. Consolidation and shipping are separate charges.
Does CNS provide shipping options?
Yes. CNS can coordinate outbound shipping and offers certain shipping solutions for eligible customers.
Can CNS ship internationally?
International availability depends on destination, merchandise, carrier and current service availability.
